Prior to starting Cyquent in 2001, he held leadership positions in both small and large IT consulting companies.

Niraj has two decades of experience in delivery, management and sales in the global outsourced space. His years of experience in the onsite-offsite delivery mechanism for outsourced IT projects have eased distributed implementations for countless clients. He drives the innovation on delivery models and cutting-edge technology development for Cyquent.

Priya Tejwani has been an instrumental part of Cyquent's team for over 20 years. She acts as the Director at Cyquent and also specializes in Project and Program Management. Her expertise in the IT industry allows her to successfully conquer any and all client requirements, while her amiable character fosters excellent and long-standing client relations.

Brian Zernhelt joined Cyquent in 2022 as Business Development Director. He has 25+ years of experience in sales and business development management roles, with 15+ years in the Information Technology industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Zernhelt has succeeded building and managing business consortia to service his customers’ needs. He has a deep understanding of the impact technology plays in today’s business world and follows a consultative approach to introducing the latest technical solutions. At Cyquent, his primary role is working with State, Federal and municipal government entities.

Tamara comes from a varied background of service, sales, marketing, human resources, and web development. At Cyquent, she handles client relations, administration, accounts management, and more. Her web development background contributes to her ability to keep up with the IT industry.

Subhash has an extensive background in accounting prior to joining the Cyquent team. At Cyquent, he is responible for talent acquisition/technical recruitment. Subhash seeks out the most qualified candidates for our clients and guides them through the submission process. From start to finish, Subhash's efforts are vital to Cyquent's growth in the staffing augmentation industry.

Betty is a distinguished Multi-Faceted Professional in Salesforce products, Financial, Managed Care- EMR/HER Implementations, Technical Projects, Interfacing, Administration & Management providing leadership, direction and management to the delivery of consistently high-quality services by the Agency, with a focus on strategic and operational planning, governance and evaluation of service delivery performance to support the achievement of objectives.

Crystal acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on child support and a business analyst for one of our state government clients. She has over a decade of experience in Child Support and is an essential asset in the operation and development of our ongoing projects.

Harpreet has over 16 years of experience leading and managing all aspects of Software Quality Assurance. He is highly experienced in all realms of the Information Technology industry and has been an invaluable member of the Cyquent team for nearly two decades. His expertise has aided in the growth of our relationship with one of our state government clients.

Sowmya adds nearly a decade of extensive experience as a Scrum Master, IT Business Analyst and Java Developer to the Cyquent team, with strong experience in the Healthcare domain. She exhibits collaborative leadership adopted across internal and external clients. She is a highly motivated team player with the ability to adapt quickly to new and emerging technologies as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ravi is one of Cyquent's Business Intelligence Architects. He has expertise in implementing Microstrategy Solutions at multiple layers of data abstraction, business abstraction and complete life cycle of datawarehouse implementations. His expertise is critical to the success of multiple projects here at Cyquent.
